The Doctor Is In – Protecting Ourselves

On Friday, January 29, Southern Cancer Center’s Dr. Reece Jones spoke with WKRG in their monthly medical segment called “The Doctor Is In”, discussing how we can protect ourselves from COVID and our overall health in 2021. He encouraged everyone to receive the COVID and seasonal flu vaccinations, as well as to continue to wear masks, wash their hands and cover their coughs and sneezes. Dr. Jones also discussed the advantages of virtual healthcare visits and why you shouldn’t skip your annual wellness checkups and or routine cancer screenings.
