Words of encouragement

Continuing with our weekly series of words of encouragement, here is your Southern Cancer Center “Bread Bite” from Pastor Richie Nobles of Crossroads Church in Bay Minette, AL.

Pastor Richie-
The other day, I overheard a man who was asked for his mailing address. His response was, “Just send it to the cone of uncertainty”. To be honest, the amount of craziness has now become comical. We have to choose to laugh or we will be crying all the time. Right?!

Well, this term “come of uncertainty” clearly defines life in 2020. We seemingly can’t hold onto anything for long. One thing has been certain… and that’s change. We laugh around here due to the statement, “if you don’t like the weather, hold on, it will change”.

In the midst of residency within this cone, let me remind you today of a few certain things.
1.) God is ALWAYS for YOU – remember He gave Heaven’s best for you.
2.) In the end the Child of God WINS!
3.) There will be an end to this madness very soon.
4.) You are surrounded by people who love you.
5.) NOTHING can separate you from the love of God.

Romans 8:31 ESV: What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 John 4:4 ESV: Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

1 Peter 5:7 ESV: Casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.

Philippians 4:13 ESV: I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
