Survivor Celebration Night

On Friday, June 21st, Southern Cancer Center hosted its last “Survivor Celebration Night” with the Mobile BayBears minor league baseball team at Hank Aaron Stadium. Attendees enjoyed a great night of baseball, free SCC promotional giveaways, a photo booth, fireworks, plus a home team win! Cancer survivors in attendance were also given an extra special SCC goodie.

Southern Cancer Center chemo nurse and cancer survivor, Sharon Williams, threw out the first pitch of the game. Then SCC volunteer and cancer survivor, Johnnie Campbell, threw out the second pitch. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our night and good luck to the Mobile BayBears as they finished out their last season in Mobile.
